The Gulfport Chamber of Commerce will hold its 2024 Career Readiness Experience on Tuesday, March 5. The event is designed for students in ninth through twelfth grades and their parents.
From 5 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., the in-person event will provide students with one-on-one guidance with multiple career pathways and opportunities, technical college program exploration, and information about other education programs available in the coastal area. Giveaways and scholarship opportunities will also be available.
The event, which is free and will include pizza while supplies last, will be held in the gymnasium of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College Harrison County Campus at 2226 Switzer Road.
