BRING A FRIEND TO P.E. DAY

Pass Christian Elementary School recently held its annual “Bring a Friend to PE Day,” giving students in all grade levels the opportunity to bring a favorite adult – whether a parent, guardian, grandparent, or family friend to participate in their physical education (PE) class. This special event encouraged students and their guests to enjoy active time together, promoting both physical fitness and family engagement in a supportive and energetic environment.

Throughout the class, students and their adult guests participated in a variety of activities planned by PE teacher Coach Shy Estes. These activities emphasized teamwork, fitness, and fun. This year, the families played a halloween themed game called “Ghosts in the Graveyard” where students and their guests had to strategize and actively work together to win.

“Bring a Friend to PE Day” is an important part of Pass Christian Elementary School’s commitment to excellence in all areas, building a strong school community, and promoting lifelong healthy habits. This year’s event saw a fantastic turnout, with families cheering each other on, engaging in friendly competition, and celebrating each other’s efforts.
