Pass Christian history subject of new presentation

The Pass Christian Historical Society, which is celebrating its 60th year, held an open house on the 4th of July and presented a new program, “Historical and Cultural Influences on the City of Pass Christian in the Past 250 Years.” The program highlights key themes, such as the town’s founding, the seafood industry and major coastal storms. There were also special screenings of scenes from Hurricane Katrina. The presentation is available for visitors ands students at the Historical Society’s location at 201 East Scenic Drive.
