PCMS Beta Club Kicks Off a Year of Leadership, Service, and Academic Excellence

Pass Christian Middle School is excited to announce the kickoff of Beta Club for the 2026–2027 school year. This year, the PCMS Beta Club will focus on developing student leaders, encouraging  academic excellence, and creating meaningful opportunities for service to the school and community. Through a variety of activities and service initiatives, members will be encouraged to demonstrate the values of achievement, character, service, and leadership.

“Beta Club is about more than academic recognition,” said Tiffany Green, Beta Club Sponsor. “Beta Club gives students the opportunity to develop their leadership skills while serving their  community. We are excited to see what this year holds for our young leaders, as we make our return to the state Beta Convention.”

Throughout the school year, the PCMS Beta Club members will have the opportunity to participate in activities designed to strengthen leadership skills, promote school spirit, and encourage  community involvement. A major focus of the year will be fundraising to support Beta Club activities and help members prepare for the State of Mississippi Beta Club Convention in February. In  addition to leadership and service activities, PCMS Beta Club will introduce a book club reading of Refugee by Alan Gratz. The book club will provide students with an opportunity to explore  themes of courage, empathy, resilience, and the experiences of young people facing difficult circumstances. “We are excited to give our students opportunities to grow not only as leaders, but also  as readers and thoughtful members of our community,” said Ciera Agee, Beta Club Co-Sponsor.

Pass Christian Middle School looks forward to a successful year of growth, service, and achievement for its Beta Club members. The school encourages students, families, and community members  to support the club as it works to make a meaningful difference throughout the year.
