Community recycling program started
Special to The Pass Post

The City of Pass Christian has partnered with Chemours to begin an environmentally sound community recycling program to provide opportunities for waste reduction around the city.
Spearheaded and led by Chemours’ Cyndi Kouba, site services unit manager, Suzanne Gibson, environment, health and safety consultant/engineer, and Robert Mills, environment, health and safety consultant, the goal of the program is to be as ecologically friendly as possible while funding projects that promote and protect natural resources and wildlife.
Pass Christian Beautification Director Brad Manus and Susan Putnam of Community Affairs will be working to maintain the program. Residents are encouraged to look for and use the clear canisters in various locations around town.
