Students at Quarles Elementary are on a mission to GROW, Giving their best effort, Respecting others, Owning their actions, and having a Winning attitude.
Each nine weeks, teachers select a student who exemplifies each of the four expectations:
G - best effort;
R - most respectful;
O - most responsible;
W - best attitude.
This month, Long Beach Breeze will feature the kindergarten and first grade Cubs who were selected. Next month, the second and third grade Cubs will be featured.
