King cake will be the focus of a community treat-tasting event set for Thursday, January 23.
Organized and sponsored by Pass Christian Main Street, the City of Pass Christian, the King Cake in the Pass Committee, O’Dwyer Realty and the Pass Christian Public Library, the Randolph Center will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for Pass Christian residents to taste a People’s Choice King Cake and king cake-inspired treats.
The event is free, but the Committee asks those attending to consider bringing a nonperishable food item(s) for the Christian Concern Community Food Pantry or a monetary donation for Gone Fishing Ministries.
Those interested in being a participant (providing king cake or king cake-inspired treats) or donating a door prize are asked to contact Rebecca O’Dwyer at 985-507-0702.
The Randolph Center is located at 315 Clark Avenue.
