Historical Society to learn about Lexington’s first shot

The Pass Christian Historical Society will hold its monthly luncheon on Monday, April 24, at noon.
Author Jeff Wallace will give a presentation titled “April 19, 1775 – A Tale of Two Cannons.” The subject of the talk is who fired the first shot at the battle of Lexington at the beginning of the Revolutionary War.
Lunch will begin at noon, and the cost is $12 for members and $15 for non-members. Those who plan to attend are asked to make lunch reservations by 5 p.m. on Friday, April 21. Reservations and more information are available by calling 228-452-7254 or emailing Reservations@PassHistory.org.
