Main Street hosted Commercial Development Possibilities Tour

Long Beach Main Street, in partnership with Mississippi Power, hosted a Commercial Development Possibilities Tour in Long Beach on October 1, from 3 until 7 p.m.
The event was designed to give potential investors, developers and entrepreneurs the opportunity to explore available properties and envision the future of their businesses in the Long Beach community.
The tour was guided by Long Beach Main Street, Mississippi Power and local real estate experts, who shared insights on current market conditions, zoning regulations, available incentives and the unique opportunities each property has to offer. Participants visited key sites throughout Long Beach and learned how these spaces could be transformed into thriving restaurants, retail shops, office spaces and more.
