Construction and crews have not slowed down for the holiday season, and progress continues in the building of Hotel Whiskey, a boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Long Beach, at the intersection of Fourth Street and Jeff Davis Avenue. Construction began in January of 2025, when City leaders, community members and project developers gathered for the official groundbreaking.
The latest development of the Hotel Whiskey brand, the hotel is slated to have 27 rooms, is three stories high, and the total investment is expected to ring in over the initial $5 million price tag for the project.
