Turri to speak on women’s suffrage at luncheon

The Pass Christian Historical Society will hold its monthly luncheon on Monday, May 18, at noon. May’s speaker will be Dr. Rebecca Tuuri from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her discussion is titled “The Challenges of the First 50 Years of Women’s Suffrage in Mississippi.”

The Historical Society is located at 201 East Scenic Drive, and the cost for the luncheon is $15 for members and $17 for non-members.
