Pass Christian Historical Society luncheon set for August 24

The Pass Christian Historical Society will hold its monthly luncheon on Monday, August 24, at noon, featuring Dr. Ishrat Syed, who will speak on My Silk Road: A Historical Journey in Photographs. Dr. Syed is a pediatric and general surgeon, photographer and author who resides in Long Beach.

The Historical Society is located at 201 East Scenic Drive, and the cost for the luncheon is $15 for members and $20 for non-members. Reservations are needed by 5 p.m. on Friday, August 21.
