Garden Club and library offer butterfly program

On Thursday, September 3, at 1 p.m., the Pass Christian Public Library and the Pass Christian Garden Club are partnering to host a special garden program on “Louisiana (and Mississippi) Butterflies” with Craig Marks, author of Butterflies of Louisiana: A Guide to Identification and Location.

Marks is the author of many articles on butterflies, as well as a member of the Lepidopterist Society, the Southern Lepidopterist Society and the North American Butterfly Association. The program, which will be held at the library, is free and welcome to attend.

The library is located at 111 Hiern Avenue.
