Lady Pirates Volleyball starts season with enthusiasm

The new school year is underway in Pirate Nation, and with it comes the excitement of Pirate Sports.

The Lady Pirates Volleyball team is building on an outstanding season. Last year, the Lady Pirates finished as undefeated District Champions, and they have carried that winning momentum into this season. [At press time], through the second week of competition, the Lady Pirates remain undefeated in district play, with only one loss outside the district.

This year’s team is led by Coach Pollock and features 12 returning eighth-grade players whose experience, teamwork and determination promise another exciting season on the court. Pirate Nation representatives say they are proud of these student-athletes and look forward to cheering them on throughout the season.

Fans are encouraged to come out, wear their Pirate colors, and support Lady Pirates Volleyball by filling the stands and showing the athletes what Pirate Pride is all about!

The Pass Christian School District offers three convenient ways to purchase tickets for athletic events:

• In Person: Purchase tickets with cash at Pass Christian High School by seeing Mrs. Tamara Lemon.
• At the Gate: Purchase tickets using a credit or bank card
