“Gourmet Mushrooms” focus of Nov. 5 garden program

The Pass Christian Public Library and the Pass Christian Garden Club are partnering to host the garden program “Gourmet Mushrooms.” Set for Thursday, November 5, at 1 p.m., the program will be presented by Nicholas Gibson of Down Home Mushrooms.
Participants will learn how to grow gourmet mushrooms, explore their medicinal properties and discover their culinary uses in teas, coffees, seasonings and more.
The program is free, and the public is invited to attend.
