Captain Patrick Craig of the Long Beach Police Department recently graduated from the 281st session of the FBI National Academy, a ten-week leadership course sponsored by the FBI. The course educates law enforcement executives in several specialized areas of leadership, media relations, physical fitness, officer wellness and forensic science. Only the top one percent of law enforcement attends this school.
Capt. Craig has been with the Long Beach Police Department for over sixteen years and currently serves as supervisor of the Criminal Investigations Division. He is the first Long Beach Police Department officer in over twenty years to attend the FBI National Academy.
