Plant swap planned for May 9

Posted

Residents who have unneeded plants in their yards or gardens, who like to “pass along” plants and who would like to pick up some new plants for their yard are invited to a plant swap at the Pass Christian Public Library.

Set for Thursday, May 9, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., the swap allows residents to bring a plant(s), cutting(s) or seeds to the library to trade for a new plant(s) brought by someone else.

The event, which will be held rain or shine, is free and open to the public. It will be held under the portico near the library, which is located at 111 Hiern Avenue.
