Long Beach recognized on “Top 10 Best Places to Live in Mississippi”

The city of Long Beach has been recognized as one of the Top 10 Best Places to Live in Mississippi, coming in at number six by HomeSnacks.
HarborSnacks is a regional data analytics website that uses census data, crime rates, property values and cost of living metrics to rank towns and states across America. The site reports, “Long Beach, Mississippi – known as the “Friendly City” – is recognized by HomeSnacks as a top place to live.”
“This recognition reflects what our residents have always known, Long Beach is a special place to call home,” says Long Beach Community Affairs Director Courtney Cuevas-Welch. “From our beautiful beaches and thriving local businesses to our outstanding schools, welcoming neighborhoods and strong sense of community, we’re proud of everything that makes Long Beach unique.
“This recognition belongs to our residents, businesses, city employees, community partners and everyone who works each day to make our city an exceptional place to live, work and visit,” Cuevas-Welch continued.
